She's 32. She lives in Los Angeles. She has been homeless since October 2025. She's why we exist.
Keisha worked customer service for 8 years. When her company automated her department, she lost everything—her job, her apartment, her stability. She's smart, hardworking, and capable. But the system wasn't built for her. Traditional programs offer shelter beds and job boards. She needs real skills, real income, and real dignity. That's why we built something different.

Ella is a former finance professional who managed over $20 Billion AUM at Bessemer and UBS. At 15, she came to the U.S. on a scholarship, and today she leads Create Her Future and Usabi AI, empowering women and girls with AI literacy, entrepreneurship, and access to basic needs. Ella is on a personal mission to bring the Kingdom of Heaven here on Earth; to save, feed & help billions of people. She loves Jesus, omakase & screaming oppa while watching K-dramas.

Larisa Oyeleye - Abuja
FOUNDER/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Larisa is a corporate lawyer by degree, floral mogul by calling, ex fashion blogger and sleep deprived mum of 2 by…well life. She is the Founder of Larisalefleur Florals, one of the biggest Floral and Design companies in Nigeria. When she’s not in the studio yelling “more roses!”, she’s building Create Her Future . You can find her buried in bouquets, contracts, or her toddler’s snacks depending on the time of day. She loves Jesus, aesthetics, and disappearing into YouTube wormholes at 2AM for research.
